Fitted with two central positioning spindles patented by Chien Yih and two sets of CNC control systems, functioning as normal as two lathes but saving factory floor area, labor and the time for transportation and operation.
Optional robots (2 units) as for automatic loading & unloading system to reach full automation and saving labor cost.
Lathe 1 and Lathe 2 can operate separately or together.
Chien Yih Patented Spindle Head Unit (Sample:FC-TB30)
Fitted with two sets of "precision angular contact ball bearings", a mere 28mm away from spindle nose, which works according to leverprinciple to offer mechanical strength and rigidity same as conventional ones. If main spindle head units are used upon other FastCut Lathes, superb both-end accuracy will be achieved.
